President
Michael is an industry expert on client acquisition and practice management. Michael and his team coach 5 of the Barron’s top 10 PWA’s, 10 of the top 50 PWM teams, and 150+ of the top 1,000 FA’s. He’s developed transformational programs for Truist, Mizuho Bank, BNY Mellon, and Morgan Stanley to name a few. He’s an author with four books published and has been featured on CNN, CBS, NBC, Fox News Channel, and Bloomberg TV.
Evan Salmon

Evan brings 6+ years of business development and account executive experience. He joined the team four years ago and is the lead on client communications, logistics coordination, and oversees project management. Evan has been an integral contributor to the organization’s growth. He ensures we deliver an outstanding client experience, as well as mutually beneficial partnerships. He is known for building and maintaining long-term relationships and friendships with clients.
